WHY MENTORING?

I had so much support when I switched careers in the early 2000’s. It’s a joy to give back. Having managed teams for the last 5 years, it’s rewarding to see people grow in their careers and knowledge base. User Experience/UX Research is an amazing career. It involves creativity + rigor, empathy + analysis. It’s also a career track that is historically under-supported in organizations and has fewer options for mentors.

As a mentor, I can support, coach and guide you through your career as a User Experience Professional.
